Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: RAK Cement repurchased 121,800 shares on 14 August, representing 9.364% of its capital, according to a bourse statement.
The company bought back the shares at AED 0.81 each, totalling AED 28,350.
As a result, the number of treasury shares grew to 52.35 million, with 3.55 million shares remaining to be bought.
