Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: RAK Cement repurchased 157,500 shares on 23 August, representing 9.498% of its capital, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
The company purchased the shares at AED 0.81 each, totalling AED 127,600.
The number of treasury shares increased to 53.09 million, with 2.81 million shares remaining to be bought.
