Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: RAK Cement bought back 1.635 million shares on 23 August, representing 9.790 % of its capital, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.
The company purchased the shares at AED 0.81 each, totalling AED 1.32 million.
The number of treasury shares grew to 54.73 million, with 1.17 million shares remaining to be bought.
