Abu Dhabi - Mubasher: RAK Cement said Tuesday that it has bought back 100.000 shares on 22 August, representing 9.469% of its capital, according to a bourse statement.
The company purchased the shares at AED 0.82 each, totalling AED 82,000.
The number of treasury shares rose to 52.94 million, with 2.96 million shares remaining to be bought.
The stock ended Monday’s trading rising 1.23% to AED 0.82.
