Abu Dhabi - Mubasher: RAK Cement said Wednesday that it has bought back 37,188 shares on 16 August, representing 9.371% of its capital, according to a bourse statement.
The company purchased the shares at AED 0.81 each, totalling AED 37,188.
The number of treasury shares rose to 52.39 million, with 3.51 million shares remaining to be bought.
The stock ended Tuesday’s trading rising by 2.5% to AED 0.82.
