Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: Abu Dhabi-listed RAK Cement bought back 822,310 shares for AED 666,050 on Wednesday, representing 8.44% of the capital, according to a bourse filing.
The company repurchased 2,310 shares at AED 0.80 each and 820,000 shares for AED 0.81 each.
Accordingly, the total number of treasury shares rose to 47.18 million shares, with 8.73 million shares remaining to be bought as part of the company’s buyback programme.
