Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: RAK Cement bought back 693,000 shares on 15 August, representing 9.365% of its capital, according to a bourse statement.
The company purchased the shares at AED 0.80 each, totalling AED 554,400.
The number of treasury shares rose to 52.349 million, with 3.552 million shares remaining to be bought.
