Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: Ras Al Khaimah Cement Co. (RAK Cement) said that its shareholders approved to distribute 5% dividends or 5 fils per share for the fiscal year 2015, amounting to AED 26.6 million, according to a recent bourse statement.
Shareholders also ratified, during their meeting on 7 March, the profit and loss statement, and budget for FY15.
