Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: Ras Al Khaimah Ceramic (RAK Ceramics) has acquired the remaining stakes in two subsidiaries in Europe, according to a bourse statement.
The company, which is listed in the Abu Dhabi bourse, said Monday that it took over 50% of its Germany-headquartered affiliate, Rak Ceramics Gmbh, and 50% of Rak Ceramics UK.
