Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Ras Al Khaimah Ceramic (RAK Ceramics) approved the board’s recommendation of distributing a cash dividend of 15% for fiscal year 2016.
The company will pay 15 fils per share, with a total value of AED 128.76 million for FY16, according to a bourse statement issued on Wednesday.
RAK Ceramics said that the last dividend date is on 22 March, while the maturity date will be on 26 March.
During FY16, profits reached AED 30.84 million which is 90.7% lower thn AED 310.32 million in 2015.
