Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: RAK Properties has awarded a marina management contract to ART Marine, according to the company’s statement on Tuesday.
Under the deal, ART Marine will operate the newly established Lagoon Marina which is located at the heart of Lagoon Walk in Mina Al Arab in Ras Al Khaimah.
The marina is scheduled to start operations in early January 2016, added the statement.
Meanwhile, the property developer's stock rose 1.89% to AED 0.54 today after trading 1.9 million shares through 11 transactions.
The real estate sector also rose 0.87% at close, pushing the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) 1.03% higher.
