Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: RAK Properties said its profits for the third quarter of 2016 jumped 744.5% year-on-year to AED 40.45 million ($11.01 million) from AED 4.79 million ($1.3 million), according to a bourse filing.
Over the first nine months, the company earned AED 79.15 million, registering a 187.9% surge compared with AED 27.49 million.
In the first half, net profits increased 70.5% year-on-year to AED 38.7 million from AED 22.7 million.
