Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The board of RAK Properties has elected Mohammad Hassan Omran as its new chairman, according to a bourse statement released on Monday.
The board also has elected the Egyptian businessman Samih Sawiris as a board member, the Abu Dhabi-listed company revealed.
The Emirati developer posted a 9.7% rise in net profit to reach AED 191.82 million in 2017, compared to AED 174.81 million in the prior year.
