Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: Abu Dhabi-listed RAK Properties’ stock saw a positive performance in Monday's trading session.
The stock rose 10% to AED 0.55 by 1:40pm UAE time, hitting the highest price level in six weeks.
Turnover on the stock reached AED 11.43 million after trading 21.8 million shares through 163 transactions.
The stock has received this boost from a decision by the company to pay back an AED 25 million loan.
During a meeting held on 19 December, the company’s board also gave the go-ahead to the 2016 budget.
