Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: RAK Properties' net profits grew 157.1% year-on-year to AED 20.16 million ($5.49 million) in the second quarter of 2016 from AED 7.84 million ($2.13 million).
The company's profits also hiked 70.5% to AED 38.7 million in the first six months of 2016 from AED 22.7 million in the year-ago period, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
