Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: The shareholders meeting of RAK Properties that was set for discussing 2015 dividends on 12 March has been postponed to Saturday, due to incomplete quorum, a filing said.
The payout to be considered at the annual general meeting is suggested at 5% of capital or AED 0.5 per share, totalling AED 100 million, according to an earlier filing.
