Dubai – Mubasher: RAK Properties allocated AED 3 billion for the development of a new project named Hayat Island, according to a statement.
Spreading over 6 million square feet, Hayat Island will be a fully-integrated, mixed-use development built with over 40,000 square metres of open space and landscaped areas.
The project incorporates two distinctive hotels, with wide variety of amenities including restaurants, shopping, recreation and other lively social activities for all ages.
The island will feature 2,457 apartments comprised of 1,152 one-bedroom units, 985 two-bedroom units and 320 three-bedroom units.
