Dubai – Mubasher: RAQ Construction has won an AED 190 million ($51.7 million) contract from Danube Properties to implement the main construction works of Danube’s Bayz project.
Located at a site in Business Bay, Dubai, the AED 450 million project was launched in May 2017.
The 29-storeyed project offers 456 fully-furnished apartments, ranging from studio, one and two-bedroom apartments. The development is set for delivery in 2021, the Dubai-based developer said noted.
“We have so far awarded contracts for ten out of 11 projects launched so far. The awarding of the construction contract reflects our determination to deliver projects on time,” Rizwan Sajan, founder and chairman of Danube Group, said.
The tower includes swimming pool, health club, a kid’s play area and party hall.
