Mubasher: Real Estate Asset Management (REAM) has signed a credit facilities agreement with the Islamic Warba Bank for a total of KWD 11.59 million ($38.8 million).
This agreement will boost REAM’s business to complete its projects and operating activities, according to a bourse statement on Sunday.
The financial impact of this agreement will be registered in the income statements of the first quarter of fiscal year 2018.
