REAM profits rise 48% in Q4

Kuwait-Mubasher: Real Estate Asset Management (REAM) reported a growth of 48% in profits of around KWD 257,540 ($915,040) for the fourth quarter in 2015 as compared to nearly KWD 173,030 ($574,620) in the same quarter in 2014, according to a bourse filing.

REAM posted profits worth about KWD 926,960 ($3.083 million) during the fiscal year 2015, compared to approximately KWD 777,520 ($2.586 million) in 2014, a 19% increase.

The board has recommended withholding the distribution of dividends for the fiscal year ended 31 December, 2015.
