REAM records profit from exiting controlling stake

Mubasher: Real Estate Asset Management (REAM) has realised a gain of KWD 240,000 from selling a controlling stake in real estate investments.

The financial impact from exiting the investments will be registered in the income statements of the third quarter of this year, according to a bourse statement issued on Monday.

In the second quarter of 2017, REAM reported a year-on-year growth of 1.5% in profits to about KWD 240,160.
