REAM sees higher profits in Q2

Kuwait-Mubasher: Real Estate Asset Management (REAM) saw a 5.3% rise year-on-year in its profits for the second quarter of 2016, according to a bourse filing.

Profits reached KWD 236,620 ($782,680) in Q2-16, compared to KWD 224,700 ($743,250) in Q2-15.

The company posted profits of KWD 402,800 in H1-16, down 9% from KWD 442,820 in H1-15. Lower profits resulted from a decline in management fees and revenues of REAM’s subsidiaries during the period.
