Cairo – Mubasher: RNA Developments aims to invest EGP 12 billion in projects in the New Administrative Capital over five years and considers other projects in coastal cities such as El-Galala and New Alamein.
The property developer signed a contract with Lebanon's Keep Property to manage and operate the company's projects in the New Administrative Capital, the Chairman of RNA Developments, Abdel Galil Hussein, said in a press conference.
Hussein added that a new commercial project will be implemented in the Central Business District in the new capital with an investment of EGP 600 million.
The project will feature commercial, administrative, and medical units over an area of 4,000 square metres (sqm).
The Saudi businessman and RNA Developments' Co-Founder, Yehia El-Bassam, said that the New Administrative Capital has been chosen as the location for the company's projects given its great potential to be a major economic and tourist destination in the future.
The designs of the projects have been assigned to Hafez Consultants, while the operation and management of the company's two projects have been assigned to Keep Property, the Co-Founder, Hesham El-Attal, stated.
