Dubai – Mubasher: RSG Properties and Rotana Hotel on Monday unveiled plans to build Sabah Rotana five-star hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road, Sufouh Gardens, Dubai.
The companies have been granted the approval of Dubai’s Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) to launch the construction works of the project, according to Al-Khaleej newspaper.
Sabah Rotana Hotel will comprise 54 storeys, including 533 hotel rooms and apartments, Al-Khaleej reported.
The newspaper did not give financial details of the project.
