Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The emirate of Ras Al Khaimah assigned KPMG to assess the feasibility of privatising the Ras Al Khaimah International Airport, according to MEED magazine.
Ras Al Khaimah’s government seeks to increase the airport’s capacity to 3.5 million annual passengers a year from 1.5 million passengers.
The emirate of Ras Al Khaimah also aims to transform the international airport into a regional hub for economy flights in the region, said Al Khaleej newspaper.
