Cairo – Mubasher: Rashid Petroleum Company (Rashpetco) has sold about 309 million cubic feet of natural gas per day and produced nearly 8,000 barrels of condensates on a daily basis during fiscal year 2019/2020.
All wells at West Delta Deep Marine (WDDM) phase 9B have been drilled, raising the production capacity to about 500 million cubic feet of gas per day, the company’s Chairman, Sherif Hassab Allah, said in a statement on Tuesday.
Work is underway for the drilling of three development wells at the project at an estimated cost of $250 million, he added.
This came during the company’s general meeting, headed by the Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, Tarek El-Molla, to approve the FY19/20 financial results.
