Cairo – Mubasher: Raya Contact Center has used its total capital raise proceeds amounting EGP 100 million at the end of 2019.
The proceeds were used to finance the equipment of five contact centres with the required machines, devices, and software, according to a bourse disclosure on Monday.
All contact centres have been completed except for the one in Sixth of October City’s Smart Village which reached a progress of 28%.
The capital increase was listed on 29 November 2017.
It is noteworthy to mention that in 2019, Raya Contact Center achieved net profits of EGP 114.57 million, down from EGP 180.5 million in 2018, including minority shareholders’ rights.
