Cairo – Mubasher: The consolidated financial statements of Raya Contact Center reported a 36.5% year-on-year drop in net its profits during 2019.
The company’s net profits plunged to EGP 114.57 million last year from EGP 180.5 million in 2018, including minority shareholders’ rights, according to a bourse statement on Sunday.
Meanwhile, the company’s revenues fell to EGP 815.6 million in 2019, compared to EGP 908.58 million in the previous year.
As for standalone financials for 2019, the Egyptian firm’s net profits plummeted to EGP 65.96 million last year from EGP 128.5 million in 2018.
It is noteworthy that during the first nine months of 2019, Raya Contact Center’s net profits went down to EGP 92.9 million from EGP 138 million in the year-ago period, including minority shareholders’ rights.
