Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Raya Contact Center decided not to distribute dividends among shareholders and retain 2019’s profits.
The company’s shareholders also approved the election of the board of directors chaired by Medhat Mohamed Khalil for a three-year term, according to a bourse disclosure on Sunday.
In addition, the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) also approved the sale of some depreciated fixed assets.
It is noteworthy to mention that in 2019, Raya Contact Center’s net profits dwindled to EGP 114.57 million from EGP 180.5 million in 2018, including minority shareholders’ rights.
