Cairo – Mubasher: Raya Holding for Financial Investment said Wednesday that it will hold an ordinary general meeting (OGM) on 29 April to discuss a proposal to distribute cash dividends of EGP 0.25 per share for fiscal year 2016.
The OGM will also look into the financial statements for the year ended on 31 December 2016, in addition to the board's and auditor’s reports on the year, according to a bourse filing.
By 10:11 am Cairo time, the stock fell 2.07% to EGP 1.26.
