Cairo – Mubasher: Raya Holding said its board of directors has approved in principle to start negotiations in respect to acquiring a food-manufacturing project.
The company stated that the acquisition decision is pending finishing all the due diligence process and agreeing on all the deal’s terms.
The company’s statement didn’t state any more details about the time frame of finishing the essential studies related to the deal.
