Cairo - Mubasher: Raya Holding for Technology said it will hold ordinary general meeting on 27 December.
The shareholders meeting will discuss the proposal of distributing dividends of EGP 0.20 per share, for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2014.
The firm saw net profits of EGP 86.19 million in the first nine months of 2015, up from EGP 17.3 million a year earlier.
