Cairo – Mubasher: Raya Holding for Technology and Communications said it signed a preliminary contract to acquire MADOVA company which owns 1793406 shares, representing 19.39% of Makarony Polskie SA’ that specialized in food industries, at initial value of EGP 38 million.
The company said that the final contract will be signed as well as the deal final value will be determined after securing all the needed approvals.
Last June, Raya said it seeks buying a stake in Makarony Polskie.
