Cairo - Mubasher: Raya Trade and Distribution, a subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investments, has signed a strategic partnership agreement with AUKEY MEA to serve as the authorized distributor of AUKEY products in the Egyptian market.
The agreement aims to expand AUKEY’s presence in Egypt by leveraging Raya Trade’s market expertise and extensive retail and e-commerce network, according to a bourse filing.
The collaboration will begin with a soft launch, followed by a full rollout in the first quarter (Q1) of 2026 to expand market coverage and boost sales.
This initiative aligns with Raya’s strategy to grow its international consumer electronics and mobile accessories portfolio while strengthening its position across retail and digital channels.
Earlier this month, Raya Advanced Manufacturing (Raya Auto) opened its largest XPENG showroom in New Cairo and Egypt’s biggest certified electric vehicle (EV) service center in Katameya.
