Cairo - Mubasher: Raya Holding for Technology said it board of directors will discuss its investments in Tenth of Ramadan Pharmaceutical Industries (RAMEDA).
Raya Holding holds 28.88% stake or 120,000 shares in RAMEDA.
In 2015, Raya Holding has pledged its stake in RAMEDA to recover a bank loan.
Raya Holding investments in RAMEDA amounted to EGP 76.1 million, according to the company's financial statements for the financial period ended 30 September 2015.
