Cairo – Mubasher: Raya Holding for Financial Investment plans to offer 10% of its shares in Raya Contact Center for subscription on 30 September 2017.
The company appointed Grant Thornton to prepare a report on the fair value of the stock of Raya Contact Center.
Furthermore, the board agreed to sign a lease contract with Raya Contact Center, which will be submitted to the ordinary general meeting, according to a bourse filing.
