Riyadh – Mubasher: The shareholders of Raydan Restaurants and Cuisines Company approved, during their extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on Tuesday, to change the company’s commercial name.
Raydan Restaurants and Cuisines Company will be changed to Raydan Food Company, according to a bourse disclosure on Wednesday.
It is worth noting that Raydan was listed on the Parallel Market (Nomu) of the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on 26 February 2017.
