Mubasher: Raysut Cement’s (RCCI) profits dropped during the fourth quarter of 2015 by 21.5% compared to the same quarter of 2014, according to financial statements posted Thursday.
Q4 net profit amounted to OMR5.14 million ($13.3 million), compared to OMR6.55 million ($16.95 million) during the prior-year period.
The company’s profit also fell 23.6% during 2015 to OMR20.95 million, against OMR27.4 million during 2014.
The company achieved OMR15.8 million net profit after tax during the first nine months of last year, versus a profit of OMR20.87 million in the same period of 2014.
The company's share rose at 11:45 am (Muscat local time), by 2.08% to OMR0.99.
