Cairo – Mubasher: Real Estate Egyptian Consortium Company said Tuesday that its board of directors has approved to raise the issued and paid-up capital by EGP 10 million through distributing 1-for-8 bonus shares.
Thus, the capital will be increased from EGP 80 million to EGP 90 million, according to a bourse filing.
