Kuwait – Mubasher: The real estate loans granted in September totalled 430 with value of KWD 12.8 million, Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) said according to Kuwait Credit Bank (KCB).
Total number of property loans in September was 20 amounting to KWD 182,000.
“The government-owned property loans reached 66 with a value of KWD 4.5 million, while the private property loans were 22 with a value of KWD 1.2 million,” KUNA added.
Total number of residential property loans reached 39 with a value of KWD 2.8 million.
KCB said that property expansion loans in September totalled 8 with a value of KWD 182.000.
“Total loans allocated for the handicapped was 194, with a value of KWD 1.6 million,” KUNA said.
