Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian housing ministry will implement projects worth EGP 500 billion in collaboration with the private sector, housing minister Mostafa Madbouli said in a speech during the fourth session of Builders of Egypt Forum on Sunday.

The third phase of the ministry’s housing projects in coordination with the private sector will be launched within the next two months, Madbouli added, pointing out that the public-private partnership (PPP) projects have bolstered the real estate sector in Egypt.

The phase includes New Alamain, New Mansoura, 6th of October and Shiekh Zayed, and Gharb Qanah, he highlighted.

Given that the ministry had launched the second phase of the PPP projects in December.
