Mubasher: The sales of the real estate sector in Kuwait increased to KWD 2.6 billion during the first nine months of 2018 compared to KWD 2.5 billion in the same period a year ago, according to a recent report by KIB’s research department.
The number of real estate transactions in Kuwait reached about 4,490 by the end of September 2018, increasing 85% when compared to total property deals in 2017.
The average value of the real estate transaction in Kuwait was about KWD 578,000 which is 20% higher than KWD 480,000 in 2017.
During the third quarter of 2018, real estate sales in Kuwait grew by 54% to KWD 905 million compared to KWD 506 million in the same quarter a year ago.
