Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) saw a bearish performance on Tuesday, dragged down by selling pressures on real estate stocks.
The main index declined 0.06% or 2.55 points to reach 4,478.73 points.
The real estate sector slid 1.88% after Eshraq Properties, Aldar Properties, and RAK Properties levelled down 3.23%, 1.72%, and 1.4%, respectively.
The banks sector tumbled 0.08% after Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) declined 1.5%.
Dana Gas saw buying momentum and rose 5.5%, generating AED 202.15 million from the exchange of 263.10 million shares.
Turnover amounted to AED 280.08 million on Tuesday, compared to AED 204.05 million on Monday. Trading volume reached 303.24 million shares, compared to 180.89 million shares.
