Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) ended Thursday’s trading session with negative performance, dragged down by the real estate and telecommunication sectors.
The general index inched down 14.21 points, or 0.28%, ending the last session of the week at 5,137.81 points.
The ADX’s trading volume reached 79.47 million shares exchanged with a turnover of AED 299.302 million through 2.068 transactions.
The real estate sector topped decliners with 2.63% after Aldar Properties dipped 3.26%, while the telecommunication sector and its sole stock, Etisalat, went down 0.82% each.
On the other hand, the energy sector headed risers, adding 0.25% as Dana Gas grew 0.67%.
