Mubasher: Ream Real Estate Company on Wednesday announced that it has signed a primary contract to sell one of its assets with a total value of KWD 1.89 million ($6.24 million).
The transaction’s financial impact will be reflected in the company’s results of the fourth quarter of 2018, with a profit of KWD 969,500 ($3.2 million), according to a filing to Boursa Kuwait.
For the first nine months of 2018, Ream’s profits plunged 56% year-on-year to KWD 308,060.
