Mubasher: The subsidiary of Ream Real Estate Co, Amlak services and Real Estate Consultancy, has signed an initial agreement with a leading real estate company in Egypt, according to a bourse disclosure on Monday.
Ream clarified that the contract covers selling the exclusive rights of the real estate global mark Century21 at a value of $250,000.
The Boursa Kuwait-listed company expects a profit worth $50,000 from this contract, Ream said, adding that the financial impact will be registered in the income statements of the first quarter of 2019.
