Cairo - Mubasher: Egyptian Company for International Tourism Projects (Americana) said shareholders of record until 21 March would be entitled to its cash dividends of EGP 0.35 per share.
The company will start distributing the dividends as of 24 March.
Americana’s board approved earlier raising the company’s capital from EGP 291.6 million to EGP 400 million.
