Cairo - Mubasher: Egyptian Company for International Tourism Projects (Americana) said shareholders of record until 3 February would be entitled to its bonus shares at 0.371 to 1.
The bonus shares distribution comes in the framework of the company’s capital increase from EGP 291.6 million to EGP 400 million.
Americana said earlier, it posted net profits of EGP 186.8 million for 2015, down 10% y-o-y.
