Cairo - Mubasher: Arafa for Investment and Consultancies said shareholders of record until 1 February would be entitled to its cash dividends of 3 cents per share.
The company will start distributing the dividends as of 4 February.
Raya Holding saw net profits of EGP 49.4 million for 2014, down from EGP 55.446 million a year earlier.
The company posted earlier, consolidated net earnings of $6.51 million (EGP 50 million) for the nine-month period ended 30 October 2015, falling 9.42% from $7.2 million (EGP 55.2 million) in the year-ago period.
