Cairo – Mubasher: Canal Shipping Agencies said Tuesday that shareholders of record until 13 October would be entitled to EGP 0.1664 per share, according to a bourse filing.
The company will start distributing the dividends from 18 October 2016, the filing indicated.
Earlier, the shareholders approved reducing cash dividend payout to EGP 0.1664 from EGP 0.1685 per share.
Over the fiscal year 2015/16, the company earned EGP 55.07 million ($6.16 million), up 39.39% year-on-year from EGP 39.51 million ($4.44 million).
